Shipping policy
We provide FREE delivery on all orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500:
• Maharashtra delivery will be charged at ₹50.
• Outside Maharashtra delivery will be charged at ₹80.
Delivery Timeline:
• Orders within Maharashtra will be delivered within 4–7 working days.
• Orders outside Maharashtra will be delivered within 10 working days.
We request you to consolidate the products you want to order so as to optimize the carbon footprint per order. Our intention is to reduce the resources required for shipping, such as packaging material, labels, shipping documentation & paperwork, as well as pollution caused during transportation. We hope this does not cause you any inconvenience. Thank you for your cooperation.
1. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse upon confirmation of payment. This may vary due to circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent once the order is received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be shared. There may be an additional charge for re-delivery if nobody is present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number at checkout so the courier company can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
2. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per their country’s governing laws to clear customs.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit & debit cards, American Express, and NetBanking through Razorpay.
4. RETURNS

• Refund available on return of unopened and unused products within 10 days.
• Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
